Alberta Paschal Stallings

Reidsville: Alberta Paschal Stallings, 83, of 703 Carolina Avenue, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2009 at her home.A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. Bland Leebrick and Rev. Claude Harrelson officiating. The family will see friends following the service. Alberta was born in Rockingham County to the late Arthur and Emma Sue Paschal and was a homemaker. She was of the Methodist faith and along with her parents was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Stallings; brothers, Ira, Ike and Jimmy Paschal; sister, Nellie Roberts. Survivors include her daughter, Angela Dawn Stallings; sisters, Inez Harrelson and husband, Sonny, Alene Harrelson and husband, Claude, Gray Gibson and husband, Ben, Nancy Peoples and husband, Ronnie all of Reidsville; beloved sister-in-law, Anna Clark Stallings of Charlotte; and a whole slew of loving nieces and nephews.Memorial contributions may be made to Main Street United Methodist Church Building Fund, PO Box 338, Reidsville, North Carolina 27320 or Hospice of Rockingham County, PO Box 281, Wentworth, North Carolina 27375
