Alice Gates Craddock

Reidsville: Alice Gates Craddock went home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, May 13, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 16th at 1 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home with visitation at 12 PM. It will be officiated by Rev. Bobby Craddock with the burial following at Evergreen Memory Gardens. Mrs. Craddock enjoyed volunteering and working at Annie Penn Hospital for over 50 years. Some of her favorite hobbies were knitting, shopping for shoes and jewelry, and spending time with her 4 dogs. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Along with her parents and grandparents, she is preceded in death by her husband Walter “Red” Craddock as well as her loving sister Delores Tolbert. She is survived by her daughters, Janice Thompson and husband Barry and Becky Robertson; grandchildren, John Hall IV and wife Faith, Lindsey Blanton and husband Caleb, Katey Fargis and husband Daniel; great grandchildren Aubrey Hall, Calvin Blanton, Layla Blanton and soon to be born Hadleigh Fargis.
