Ann Doris Evans

Heaven gained another Angel, Ann Doris Anderson Evans, 90, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 1^st, 2022.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 1PM on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Happy Home Christian Church  with Pastor Phil Surrett officiating.

She was the baby daughter of  the late, George E. and Mamie Warren Anderson of Pelham N.C. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Thomas Evans; son, James Thomas Evans Jr. “Tommy’; daughters, Joyce Ann Evans Price and Marilyn Faye Evans Hamilton.

She has two surviving daughters, Cobina Leigh Evans Sloan and Jane Tersia Evans Yates. Six surviving grandchildren, Bonnie Minor, Kathy Lynn Sloan Cann, Tammy Elaine Sloan Jay coleman Evans, Tommy Neal Hamliton, William Price (Bill). She has five great grandchildren along with a large and loving extended family.  Go rest high on that mountain Mama. We miss and love you.
