Ann Hunt

Reidsville: Ann Hunt, 80, went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her family on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at Penn Nursing Center. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 20, 2015, at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM, and other times at the home of her daughter Sheila, 1580 Bethesda Church Rd. Ann was born on January 25, 1935, in Durham County to the late Edward Troy and Carrie Evers McDougal. She grew up in Durham and loved to fish and loved the beach. She also loved flowers and camping. She was a very loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sons, Eddie and Jimmy Autry, three sisters and one brother. Survivors include her daughters, Tina Autry and Sheila Waller and husband Chris; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother, Tommy McDougal; two sisters, Toni Butler and husband Ronnie and Doris Thomas, and numerous nieces and nephews.
