Aura Lea Busick Snead Hill

Reidsville – Aura Lea Snead Hill, 84, of 616 N. Elm St. in Eden, died Friday, May 30, 2008 at the Hospice Home of Rockingham County. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM , Sunday, June 1, 2008 at East Side Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Reidlawn Cemetery. Mrs. Hill was born in Guilford County and was a daughter of the late Banks and Ada Payne Busick. She retired from the American Tobacco Company and was a charter member of East Side Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold Lloyd Snead; son, Allen Lee Snead; great grandchild, Kristi-Anna Michelle Shelton. Survivors include her husband, Billy J. Hill of the home; sons, Harold Enoch Snead of Eden, NC, Algin J. Snead and wife, Doris of Lawsonville, NC; step-sons, Mike Hill and wife, T.K. of Tennessee, Randy Hill of Ocean Isle, NC; daughters, Pamela Gayle Hanks and husband, Larry of Reidsville, Ashley Bianca Snead of Charlotte, NC; 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; brother, B.A Busick and wife, Bette; sisters, Edna Earle Martin and husband, Roy, Louise Minter and Mary Bowen. The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Saturday, May 31, from 6-8 PM and other time at the home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Rockingham County, P.O.
