Barbara Fuqua Durham

Ruffin - Barbara Fuqua Durham, 67, of 491 Berry Hill Bridge Road, died Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at her home.Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, October 15, 2010 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny Dyer officiating. Interment will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens. Barbara was born in Cascade, Virginia to the late Edward O. Fuqua, Sr. and Edith Rakes Fugua. She was a homemaker and attended Mayfield Missionary Baptist Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her infant son, Joseph Wayne Rowsey; brother, Edward Fuqua, Jr.; niece, Sheena Marie Fuqua.Survivors include her husband, William L. "Bill" Durham; son, Jody Rowsey and wife, Dawn; daughter, Ann Marie Busch; step children, Gary Thomas Durham and wife, Allison, Dennis Durham and wife, Jane, Lisa Durham Dodd, Diane Sossoman and husband, Buck and Cindy Yow; 20 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brother, Paul Fuqua and wife, Shelia; sisters, Mary Adams, Rosa Overby, Rita Kennon and husband, David and Brenda Cayton.
