Birdie Frances McClure Grams

Reidsville – Birdie Frances McClure Grams, 72, of 795 Vaughn Road, died on Saturday, January 16, 2010, at Hospice Home of Rockingham County.Memorial services will be held on Monday, January 18, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Duane King officiating. Mrs. Grams was born in Athens, TN to the late James C. and Cora Mason McClure. She was of Baptist faith and attended Piedmont Baptist Church. She was known for her crocheting. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Grams; son, Phillip Grams and brother, Sherman Reid McClure.She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Marie Nicolas and Revonna Farwell; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, James McClure, Jr. and Gerald McClure and sister, Alice Goetke.The family will receive friends at Piedmont Baptist Church following the service and other times at the residence.Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Megan Phalen at www.adayinthelifewith.com
