Brandon Scott Carver Yaeger

Brandon Scott Carver Yaeger, 32, of Reidsville, passed away suddenly on May 30, 2022.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Rockingham County High School Auditorium with Rev. Bob Templeton officiating.  Burial will follow in Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Brandon was born in Manteca, CA and moved to Reidsville, NC in 2006.  He was a graduate of Rockingham County High School.  He was passionate about giving back to others and achieved this by volunteering with the Bethany Fire Department and helping with his family’s non-profit, Flurry’s Hope Blind Horse Sanctuary.  While with the Bethany Fire Department he received cadet of the year, and numerous times firefighter of the year and the response award. He was a diesel mechanic and would frequently spend “any” extra money on new tools. His moto was, ‘No job is too small for large machinery’”

He is survived by his parents, Scott and Ruth Yaeger; sister, Stevie Yaeger; and a large extended family.
