Brentwood Lane Roberts

Reidsville: Brentwood Lane Roberts, 82, of 317 N. Farmington Dr., died Monday, Nov. 25, 2013, at Annie Penn Hospital. Memorial services will be held Sat., Nov. 30, 2013, at 10:00 AM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, with John Held officiating, 116 McCoy Rd., Reidsville, N.C., with visitation immediately following. Mr. Roberts was born in Rockingham County to the late W. Martin and Bessie Moorefield Roberts. He was an ordained minister of Jehovah’s Witnesses and supported his family as an auto mechanic. He was preceded in death by his wife, Retha Reeder Roberts. He is survived by his daughters, Sonia R. Roberts and Leah S. Roberts of the home; sister, Eleanor Roberts Ware of Greensboro; brothers, Lowell M. Roberts and wife, Gracie of Chatsworth, CA, and Kenneth L. Roberts and wife, Louise of Reidsville; and nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Watchtower, 25 Columbia Heights, Brooklyn, New York, 11201 or the charity of your choice.
