Brittney Nicole Maines

Reidsville, NC - Brittney Nicole Maines, 15, of 167 Hancock Road, went home to be with her heavenly Father and loved ones on February 19, 2013 at Duke University Medical Center with her family by her side. NOTICE: Due to the uncertainty of the weather, instead of Friday, the funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 23rd, 2013 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Pastor Robbie Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Brittney was a student at Rockingham Middle School and a member of Guerrant Springs Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir. She loved to be a cheerleader and to bowl. She is survived by her parents, David R. Maines and Betty “Sue” Maines of the home; brothers, Brian Maines and fiancé, Rachel Honaker and their children, Lilly, Tanner, William and Rachel, James Maines and fiancé, Brittany Pennell; grandmother, Ola Linville; numerous aunt, uncles and cousins. The family will be receiving friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Thursday, February 21st from 7:00 – 9:00 PM. Other times the family will be at the home.
