Carolyn Annette Crisp

Carolyn Annette Crisp, 76, went home to be with the Lord and her other family members, on Monday, February 10, 2025, at her home in Kernersville.

In honor of Carolyn’s wishes, there will not be any formal memorial service.

Carolyn was born on June 17, 1948, to the late Thomas and Iris Knox. She was a devoted Christian and even after her vision failed, she still listened to bible reading every night. Carolyn was bossy and “told it how it was”, but she was also very loving and giving. One of her favorite things was to make homemade gifts and treats to give to people. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, making desserts, and loved her children and grandchildren. Carolyn and her husband Doug were married for 59 years and even though they bickered like married couples do, they loved each other. Carolyn held on until Doug came home from the hospital before she passed away. She was devoted to her family and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
