Carolyn Reynolds Morgan

Reidsville: Carolyn Reynolds Morgan, 59, of 199 Elon Drive, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, September 29, 2014 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ron Tuck, Rev. Cleveland Duke and Mrs. Ann Foster officiating. The entombment will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Carolyn was a native of Rockingham County and a lifetime member of Faith Christian Church. She gave the first 25 years of her working career to First National Bank followed by 15 years in the accounting department for Morgan Mechanical Contractors, Inc. She was a devoted wife of over 20 years and her greatest joy was her grandchildren. Carolyn was a voracious reader, an avid Duke Basketball fan, enjoyed traveling and spending time at the beach. She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Reynolds and her nephew, Alex Reynolds. She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Morgan of the home; children, Eric Moon of Leland, NC, Yates Moon and wife, Heather of Pleasant Garden, NC, Jeremy Morgan of Reidsville, Matt Morgan and wife, Murt of Ruffin and Katie Dunmire and husband, Mike of Raleigh; grandchildren, Addison Moon, Tyler Moon, Jessie Morgan, Katlynne Morgan, Ally Morgan, Carly Morgan, Mike Dunmire and Denny Dunmire; mother, Connie Reynolds of Reidsville; sister, Rhonda Bullock and husband, Mike of Ruffin; brothers, Chip Reynolds and wife, Toni of Reidsville and Donnie Reynolds and fiancé, Tammy of Belews Creek; nieces, Taelor Reynolds, Ramsey Morales and Lindsay Evans; nephews, Michael Bullock, Thomas Reynolds and Adam Horne and many friends. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 1 at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at her home.
