Charles J. Bailey

Charles J. Bailey, 74, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Penn Nursing Center. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Rev. C.A. Brown officiating. Charlie was born in Rockingham County to the late Lee and Ruby Bailey. He was of the Baptist faith and retired from Starr Electric with 42 years of service. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Scott Bailey; brothers, Tom and John, sisters, Mag, Jane and Margaret.
