Charles Everette Stone

Reidsville – Mr. Charles Everette Stone, 88, of Reidsville passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Mr. Stone was born April 2, 1925 to the late Johnny Hassel and Anita Jarrett Stone. He was retired from American Tobacco Company and was a member of Woodbine Baptist Church in Mayodan. He was preceded in death by his sister, Vergie Griffin. Mr. Stone is survived by his wife, India Stone of the home; one son, Charles and wife Martha Stone of Columbus, Ohio; one daughter, Kathy and husband, Kenneth Vaden of Reidsville; grandchildren, Kelly Vaden Hart and husband Mark; Kaleb Vaden; Kurt Vaden and wife Shari; Katie Vaden Rust and husband Kevin; Amanda Stone and Jennifer Vaden; great-grandchildren, Jacob Vaden, Clayton Hart, Lilly Hart and William Vaden; brother, Cecil Stone and wife June and one brother-in-law, Johnnie Griffin both of Reidsville. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at 2:00 PM in Wilkerson Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
