Claude Michael "Mike" Crowder

Pelham: Claude Michael “Mike” Crowder, 66, of 9720 Hwy 700, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2015 at his home. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Wilkerson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home. Mike was born in Caswell County to the late, Claude Jefferson and Roxie Foster Crowder. He was formerly employed with American Tobacco Company and Lorillard. Mike was an accomplished guitar player and loved the outdoors, especially fishing. He was a faithful, wonderful family man and he absolutely adored his wife, Linda and daughter, Shawn. Mike is survived by his wife, Linda Lumpkins Crowder of the home; his daughter, Shawn Renee Crowder of Pelham; grandson, Jacob A. Wilson; brother, Alvin Crowder and wife, Zell of Greensboro; sister, Linda Carol Tugwell of Gladys, VA; nieces, Shari Strader and Hannah Lumpkins; nephews, Barry Crowder, Anthony Crowder and Jeremy Lumpkins.
