Curtis Muncie Gravley, Jr.

Curtis Muncie Gravley, 71, went home to be with The Lord on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Annie Penn Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Monday, January 28, 2019 at Oasis Baptist Church with Pastor Rudy Woods officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. The burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Curtis was born in Surry County to the late Curtis Muncie Gravley, Sr. and Mary Della Gravley Cassada. He was retired from Central Cab Company after serving the Reidsville Community for over 39 years. He was always helping others and was especially generous to his customers. He enjoyed antique car shows, WWE and any kind of racing. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Charles Bondurant Gravley. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Turner Gravley of the home; his sons, Curtis Lee Gravley and Christopher Muncie Gravley and wife, Nicole; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie and Alexis Nicole Gravley all of the home; his brother, Johnny Gravley and wife, Donna of Reidsville and numerous nieces and nephews.
