Danny R. Paschal

Reidsville- Mr. Danny R. Paschal, 62, of 131 Partridge Ct., passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2014, at Alamance Hospice Home in Burlington. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 6, 2014, at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Loftis officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. Danny Paschal was born on July 5, 1951, in Rockingham County to the late James Conrad and Irene Stanley Paschal. He served as a Gunnery Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps for 20 years. He has lived in the Reidsville area for the past 20 years. He attends Pleasant View Assembly of God Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, James Calvin Paschal and a sister, Connie Chilton. Survivors include his wife, Frances Paschal of the home; daughter April Hicks of Elon; son, Roger Paschal and wife, Kelly of Reidsville; grandchildren, Aaron Hicks, Kyle Paschal and Dalton Paschal; brothers, Vance Paschal of Darlington, SC and Larry Paschal and wife Brenda of Reidsville; sisters, Genene Gilliam and husband Billy of Elon and Brenda May and husband Eddie of Reidsville and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 5, 2014, from 6-8 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
