Danny Joe " D. J." Wyrick

Danny Joe “D.J.” Wyrick, 60, of 148 Bereford Road, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at his home. The family will see friends at the home on Monday, June, 19, 2017 between the hours of 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. D.J. was born in Guilford County and was a carpenter by trade. He was loved by many and delighted in being around people. He enjoyed the outdoors and was a huge ROCK N ROLL fan. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Monroe Wyrick; sister, Brenda Wyrick and brother, Ricky Ayers. Survivors include his son, Aaron Deaton; mother, Elizabeth Dalton Wyrick; sister, Vickie Strickland; brother, Mike Ayers; niece, Jessica Isley; nephew, Mike Bellow and great nephew, Davis Isley. In lieu of flowers the family request that contributions be made to Wilkerson Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
