David Anthony Matherly

Reidsville – David Anthony Matherly, 22, of 15 Circle Drive, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2008. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Reidlawn Cemetery. David was a native of Rockingham County, NC. He attended Reidsville High School and was employed with Tire Service Center in Burlington. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Shirley Pruitt; grandfather, Raymond Pruitt, Sr.; and god father, Gene Overby. He is survived by his mother, Juanita Matherly of the home; father, Ned Pruitt and wife, Earlene of Burlington; brothers, James Matherly of Reidsville and Ned Pruitt, Jr. of Burlington; sisters, Leanne and Nikki Manus both of Reidsville and Jessica Pruitt of Burlington; maternal grandmother, Katherine Matherly of Reidsville; god mother, Patricia Pruitt and god father, Ricky Lewis both or Reidsville.
