-- View a Video -- Deborah Finney Denny Reidsville– Deborah Finney Denny, 55, of 120 Hills Loop, passed away on Monday, August 5, 2013, at her home. Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Evergreen Memory Gardens. Deborah was born in Rockingham County to Loretta Pyron Dickerson and the late Norman Finney and was a former employee of Unify. Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her infant child, Derrick Denny and sister, Karen Finney Myrick. Survivors include her daughter, Donna Smithey; son, Brad Denny and wife, Crystal; mother, Loretta Dickerson and husband, Donald; grandchildren, Jordan James, Cameron James, Austin Denny, Alexis Denny and Tatum Denny; Calub Canady, Sierra Lewis; brothers, David Finney and wife, Tina, Dale Finney and Norman Finney, Jr. and wife, Kathy; sister, Carolyn Kimrey and husband, Eric. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 from 6-8 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the home of Donna Smithey,623 Lawndale Dr. or Loretta Dickerson, 620 Way Street. The family request contributions be made to Wilkerson Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
