Donald William Smith

Donald "Don" William Smith, 88, of Ruffin, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, September 26. 2017 at Ruffin Stacey Baptist Church with Dr. Lance Cole and Rev. Michael Tillman officiating. Mr. Smith was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Harry Rupnik and Betty Skerlas Rupnik Smith. He was a veteran of the US Navy, a retiree of Airworks Corporation, Millville, NJ and a member of Ruffin Stacey Baptist Church for 20 years. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his (#1 son), Donald Harry Smith and one sister and three brothers. Survivors include his sons, Robert William Smith and wife, Nancy Blackwell Smith, Richard Alan Smith, and David Patrick Smith; daughter-in-law, Sandy Miller Smith; grandchildren, Allison Smith Adler and Erin Smith Homiak; great grandchildren, Emily Grace Adler and Hannah Homiak and his sister, Irene Marino.
