Donald Lee Williams

Reidsville: Donald L. Williams, 71, of 1151 Flat Rock Road, passed away on Sunday September 25, 2016 at Penn Nursing Center surrounded by his loving family. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Shannon Joseph officiating. Donald was born in Rockingham County to the late Charles “CB” Williams and Blanch Williams Hearp. He was a longtime member of College Park Baptist Church. He was a faithful family man and a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed golfing in his early years. Along with his parents, Donald was also preceded in death by his sister, Janice Williams Joyner. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Vickie Alcorn Williams; his son, Craig Williams and wife, Angela; grandchildren, Gracie and Katie Williams; and sister, Judy Ware all of Reidsville. The family will receive friends at the home.
