Donna Lynn Strickland

Donna Lynn (Levan) Strickland passed away at her home on Saturday, October 2, 2021. She was a very loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, niece, and a child of God. Despite the many struggles she faced, she always had a smile and tried to keep a positive attitude. There were people who tried to bring her down, but through her faith, she never gave up on trying to make her life better.

Before the passing of her mother, Donna was a caregiver to her for many years. Donna loved her family, especially her children. She loved animals and her sweet dog Pee Wee. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Frances Levan. She is survived by her husband, Walter Strickland, daughter Cynthia Sanchez, son Sidney Sanchez, and sister Pat Paris.

There is no memorial service planned at this time. In memory of her, please remember her sweet smiling face, her laughter, the joy she got from the simple things in life – and always remember to cherish every moment you have with the ones you love.
