Earlene Gammon Gilley

Reidsville: Earlene Gammon Gilley, 84, of 2932 Swallow Road, went home to be with The Lord on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at UNC Rockingham Healthcare (formerly Morehead Hospital). Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. CA “Sandy” Brown officiating. The burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at her home. Mrs. Gilley was born in Rockingham County to the late, Earl and Helen Irving Gammon. She retired from Burlington Industries with over 30 years of service. Mrs. Gilley was a charter member of Bible Way Community Church. She was a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed crafts and gardening. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Gilley. She is survived by her children, Marshall Gilley and wife, Trish and Kenny Gilley and wife, Darlene all of Reidsville; her grandchildren, Brandon Gilley and wife, Holly, Travis Gilley, Sarah Gilley and Jessica Gilley; her great grandchildren, Riley and Cheyenne Gilley; her cousins, Irvin Hubbard and wife, Faye and Grady Hubbard and wife, Linda and extended family.
