Eldred "Keith" Combs

Eden – Eldred “Keith” Combs, 58, of 345 East Harris Place, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Hospice Home of Rockingham County. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at East Side Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Davis officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1-2 PM at the church. Interment will follow in the Mt. Hermon Church of the Brethern Cemetery in Bassett, Va. Keith was born in Rockingham County to Alfred and Monsie Smart Combs. He was a faithful member of East Side Baptist Church where he enjoyed singing in the choir. Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Wirt Sebastian Combs; parents, Alfred and Monsie Combs; brothers, Rev. Danny Combs and Rev. Eric Combs; step children, Robbie Sebastian and wife, Norma, Dianna Stone and husband, Eddie and Pete Stone. The family will be at the home of Charlie and Naomi Robertson, 234 Rock Spring Road, Reidsville.
