Elizabeth Strader Patterson

Elizabeth Strader Patterson, 61, of 7303 Shadyside Dr, Summerfield, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Moses Cone Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, June 20, 2016 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Coyne officiating. Interment will follow in Westminster Gardens. Elizabeth was born in Jacksonville, NC to the late Elvin Wesley and Elizabeth Owen Strader and was a homemaker. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby Lee Strader and Ronnie Wesley Strader. Survivors include her husband, Ricky Patterson, sons, Jeremy Patterson and wife, Amanda and Brandon Patterson and wife, Crystal; grandchildren, Finley, Wynter and Ryder Patterson; sisters, Rachel Geddings and husband, Larry of Sumpter, SC, Peggy French and husband, Larry, Faye Soyars and David, Diane Atkins and husband, Eddie and Gail Strader and Keith; brother, Larry Strader and wife, Kathie; sister-in-law, Gloria Dowell; special sister, Susan Long and many nieces, nephews and special friends. The family will see friends on Sunday evening from 6-8 PM at Wilkerson Funeral home and other times at the home.
