Eden: Ellen Overton Stultz, 79, of 1352 Quesinberry Road, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the Hospice Home of Rockingham County after a brief illness. Graveside funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 30, 2013 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Tripp Kimbrough officiating. Mrs. Stultz was born in Rockingham County to the late Jim and Omie Walker Overton and had seven brothers and sisters. She was retired from Karastan Rug Mill with over 30 years of service. She was an independent, hardworking woman that enjoyed her family and grand-pups. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Willard Stultz; her daughter-in-law, Terri Lunsford Stultz and her special Grandmother, Ellen Elizabeth Brown. Mrs. Stultz is survived by her children, Calvin Stultz and wife, Susan of Reidsville, Clara Stultz Sheene and husband, Glenn of Ruffin and Phillip Stultz of Reidsville; her grandchildren, Cayce Sheene and Dustin Stultz and wife, Kara; her great-grandson, Evan Stultz; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 29 at Wilkerson Funeral Home. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the kind and caring service of the Hospice staff of Rockingham County.
