Elvin Tito Segarra

Apopka, FL: Elvin “Tito” Segarra, 50, of 3393 Gray Fox Cove, passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2010 at VITAS Hospice Care in Winter Park, FL. A graveside service will held 2:00 PM Sunday, December 12, 2010 at Reidlawn Cemetery with Rev. David Surrett officiating. Tito was born in the Bronx, NY and was raised in Puerto Rico. He was employed with the Internal Revenue Service. He was of the Catholic faith. He coached little league baseball and basketball and was active with the Theatre Guild of Rockingham County. Tito also helped with the PTA at Lawsonville Elementary School. He was preceded in death by his father, Luis Enrique Segarra. Survivors include his sons, Christian Omar Segarra and Elvin Jorel Segarra; daughters, Linsy Elizabeth Segarra, Isabel Viola Segarra and Carmen Denise Segarra; mother, Carmen Dominguez; brothers, Enrique Luis Segarra and Raul Segarra; sisters, Daisy Larussa, Lucy Quiles – Segarra and Carmen Segarra-Rivera. he family will receive friends Saturday, December 11, from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home.
