Estelle London Luck

Estelle London Luck, 97, was taken to her heavenly home on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Brookdale Assisted Living. Estelle was born in Rockingham County to the late Aaron Stadler and Mary Eliza Tate London. She was retired from American Tobacco Co after 35 years service. She loved gardening and cooking. She loved her many cats and dogs over the years. She was very close to her sister, Dorothy Ellington and was like a second mom to JR, Phoebe and Pam. She will be missed by them, especially the many trips out to eat and holiday get togethers. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Woodie, John, Paul, Otis, Troy, Dewey, Kenneth London. Sisters, Maggie, Thelma, Lillie, Sally, and Dorothy. Estelle was the 13th and last child born and used to say she almost didn’t get here. She is survived by her Nephew John R Ellington, Jr. of Thomasville. Nieces: Phoebe Ellington and Pam McCollum of Reidsville. She is also survived by extended nieces and nephews from areas outside of NC. There will be no formal funeral services.
