Reidsville– Eunice Moore Taylor, (affectionately known as “Ma-Ma and “Nanu”), 88, of 901 Walnut Street, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 17, 2014 at Annie Penn Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Covington Wesleyan Church with Rev. Ralph Clayton officiating. The burial will follow in Evergreen Memory Gardens where she will be laid to rest beside the love of her life, Richard. Mrs. Taylor was born in Rockingham County and was the daughter of the late John and Rosie Tickle Moore. She was steadfast in her Christian walk and faithfully attended Covington Wesleyan Church. Her family was her life and her legacy of love will live for generations to come. She adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Glenn Taylor; her loving daughter, Linda Taylor Bare and 13 brothers and sisters. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her daughters, Nancy Taylor Boyd and husband, Barney of Kernersville, Brenda Taylor Paschal and husband, Larry of Reidsville and Rachel Taylor Wall and husband, PeeWee of the Home; son-in-law, Creig Bare of High Point; grandchildren, Sherry Quate, Richie Paschal, Stacey Wilson, Stevie Bare, Kim Collins, Shea Anderson, Scott Bare, Brent Paschal and David Bare Burchette; 17 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Betty McGee and husband, Billy and Mag Moore; brothers-in-law, J.C. Taylor and wife, Tennie and Rayford Taylor; honorary granddaughter, Jennifer Evans; special caregiver, April Roberts and many friends. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Covington Wesleyan Church and other times at Stacey Wilson’s home (601 Strawberry Road, Reidsville).
