Fay Brooks

Fay Brooks, 75, of Reidsville, passed away on January 14th, 2018, at Morningview at New Irving Park in Greensboro. A visitation will be held from 4-6 P.M., on Saturday, January 20th, 2018, at Wilkerson Funeral Home. Mrs. Brooks was born on November 1, 1942, in Guilford County to the late Samuel and Ruth Cheek Swofford. She was an avid golfer and a member of Monroeton Golf Course. She was a loving wife and mother. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Brooks and a brother, W. J. Swofford and his wife Dale. Survivors include her daughter, Cathy Brooks; brother, Wayne Swofford and wife Lucy, sister, Hazel Coleman and husband Marvin and numerous nieces and nephews.
