Frances "Louise" Haga Stafford, 84, passed away early on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at her home.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Christian Fellowship Church located at 737 Madison Street at 11:00 AM with Rev. Bill McKinney officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Louise was born September 26, 1930 in Popular Hill, VA to the late Andrew Hurley Haga and Lakie Abigail French. She was employed for many years at General Motors as an assembly line worker. She was a faithful member of Christian Fellowship Church. She was a loving mother and a faithful grandmother. Mrs. Stafford was predeceased by her husband, Francis Eugene Stafford.
She is survived by her son, Larry Stafford and wife Mary from Cleveland, Ohio; daughters,Sue Rzucidlo and Debbie Stone, both from Reidsville; eight grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren. She came from a large family of fourteen with nine that are decease and four living siblings.
The family will receive friends and family on Friday, October 31st from 6:00 till 8:00 PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Hospice Home of Rockingham County (P.O. Box 281, Wentworth, NC 27375).
