Francis Theodore Craft

Reidsville -Ted Craft, 59, of 134 Capitol Loop, died Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Moses Cone Hospital.Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. at Wilkerson Funeral Home, with Rev. Rick Webster officiating.Ted was born in Alexandria, Virginia to the late Robert Eugene Craft, Sr. and Emma Garten Craft. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, William Oakley Craft, Kenneth Hugh Craft and sister, Betty Jean Mullins.Ted was an avid NASCAR fan, his favorite Dale Earnhardt, and he loved to play blue grass music onhis guitar. He also was a member of the Ridge Runner Band where they played to the nursing home residents.He is survived by his son, Michael Allen Craft; brothers, Robert Eugene Craft, Jr., Clyde Sydney Craft, Richard Allen Craft, Russell Lee Craft, Ronald James Craft, Ralph Edwin Craft, Gordon Timothy Craft, John Randolph Keys and Luther Ola Keys; sisters, Emma Brindley, Paula Justice and Frances Stanley.The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, at Wilkerson Funeral Home.Memorial contributions may be made to the Mount Zion Christian Church, Bus Fund, Children's Ministries, 3210 Mount Zion Christian Church Road, Mebane, N.C. 27302.
