Frankie Teague Altland

Reidsville –Frankie Teague Altland, 86, of Turner Nursing Home., died Saturday, February 2, 2008, at Annie Penn Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at Evergreen Memory Gardens with Rev. Dan Jones officiating. Mrs. Altland was born in Forsyth County to the late William and Hattie Landreth Teague. She was a longtime resident of Reidsville and was a member of Congregational Christian Church. She was retired from the American Tobacco Company and she later retired from Annie Penn Hospital as a Respiratory Therapist. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by husbands, George W. Williams and George M. Altland; her son, George G. Williams and her sister, Mary. Mrs. Altland is survived by children, Linda W. Garner of San Antonio, TX, Ann W. Bailey of Reidsville, Terri W. Setzer and husband, Logan of Reidville, Tony Lee Williams and wife, Rose of Roxboro, and Tommy Lee Williams and wife, Sheila of Danville, VA; grandchildren, Sharon Sharpe, Scott Rutland, Casey Dishmon, Allison Setzer, Erin Setzer, Tony Williams, Jr., Michael Williams, Jessica W. Doran, Jason Williams and Taylor Williams; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Ruby Long of Graham, and former daughter-in-law, Nancy  DeAndrea. The family will receive friends Monday, February 4 at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 PM and other times at Ann’s home, (1514 Gibbs Road).
