Geneva Wilson Hamlett

Geneva Wilson Hamlett, 76, of Reidsville, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. Sandy Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Reidlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Geneva was born in Rockingham County to the late William Frank Wilson and Irene Gertrude Smith Wilson. She was a faithful member of Bible Way Community Church. She loved sun bathing and the outdoors, she never met a stranger. Geneva loved to be with people, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Jeanette Wilson and brother, Gene Raymond Wilson. Survivors include her sons, Anthony Hamlett (Kim), Vincent Hamlett (Sharon) and Dodson Hamlett; grandchildren, Katie, Taylor and Cody; sisters, Virginia Sheppard and Velma Woods; special friend, Rachel Wall and a loving extended family.
