Gloria Kelly Gillie

Reidsville – Gloria Kelly Gillie, 57, of 8160 NC Hwy 87, died on Saturday, February 5, 2011, at Moses Cone Hospital. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lyle Milligan officiating. Burial will follow in Reidlawn Cemetery. Mrs. Gillie was born in Rockingham County to the late O.V. and Elsie Jeffreys Kelly. She was a homemaker and a member of Baptist Temple Church. She loved to baby sit and was an avid booster club member of the Reidsville Rams during the years 1994-1997. She also was employed by the Miller Brewing Company for 12 years. Gloria is survived by her husband, Jackie Allen Gillie, of the home; son, Bryan Allen Gillie of Reidsville; daughter, Melanie Gillie Chapin and husband, Brian, of Raleigh; grandson, Matthew Allen Chapin; brothers, James Timothy Kelly and wife, Mickie and Steven Wayne Kelly and wife, Sandy; sister, Darlene Kelly and friend, David Taylor The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 PM and other times at the residence.
