Reidsville - Harold Lee Bartholomew, 74, of 116 Pondview Drive, died on Wednesday, August 31, 2011, at Rockingham County Hospice Home.A private service will be held at a later date.Mr. Bartholomew born in Nash County to the late Wilton and Metter Winbourne Bartholomew and was an employee of Mid State Security. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his son, Harold Lee Bartholomew II and 2 infant brothers.Survivors include his best friend, Dorothy Hobbs of Reidsville; sons, Gordon Bartholomew and John Bartholomew both of Danville; grandchildren, Scott, Joshua and Patrick Bartholomew all of Richmond, Virginia and Brandon Bartholomew of Martinsville, Virginia; sister, Doris Pruitt of Sutherlin, Virginia; nephews, Ray Pruitt, Ronnie Pruitt and Danny Pruitt; niece, Rhonda Pruitt and his beloved buddies, Snoopy and Brandy.
