Harold Peede Byrd

Reidsville- Harold Peede Byrd, Sr. 67, of 8389 NC Highway 87, died on March 8, 2013 at Annie Penn Hospital. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 12th at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Hodges officiating. Mr. Byrd was born in Harnett County to the late William Ruffin Byrd and Lula Langdon Byrd. He worked at Cone Mills for 25 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers. He is survived by his wife, Becky Gauldin Byrd; son, Harold P. Byrd, Jr.; daughter, Windy Sutherland; 5 grandchildren; sisters, Judy Ann Byrd and Rita Faye Oakes. There will be no formal visitation.
