Helen Page French

Reidsville - Helen Page French, 87, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 8, 2012 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Mt. Herman Baptist Church with Rev. Grover Holder and Rev. Melvin Hall officiating. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.Mrs. French was born in Rockingham County to the late John S. and Lou Simpson Page. She was retired from the American Tobacco Company with over 40 years of service. She was a longtime and faithful member of Mt. Herman Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday school for many years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her family was always her first priority. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy French; brothers, Bill and Earnest Page; sisters, Nannie Hall, Eva Medford and Alice Cochran.Survivors include her son, Russell French and wife, Linda of Reidsville; grandsons, Tim French and wife, Shirley and Brian French and wife, Tanya all of Reidsville; great grandchildren, Jodi Butler and husband, Allan, Adam French, Matthew French, Alex French and wife, Cassie and Nikki Saunders; great-great grandchildren, Allyssa, Olivia, Jackson and Owen and special friend Mr. M.C.
