Helen Osborne Norwood

Helen Osborne Norwood, 69, passed away on Monday, March 8, 2021 at Gibson House.

Funeral services will be held 11:00AM, Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby McDaniel officiating. The family will see friends at 10:00AM, one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Reidlawn Cemetery.

Helen was born in Alamance County to the late Russell Joe Osborne and Virginia McDaniel Osborne and was a homemaker.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Norwood, Sr.; brothers, Russell Joe Osborne, Jr. and Robert Billy Osborne; sister, Linda Faye Osborne.

She is survived by her daughter, Angel Mosser and husband, Michael; step children, James T. Norwood, Jr., Robert Wilson Norwood and Craig Norwood and wife , Leighanne.

The family wishes to thank the Wesley Long Cancer Center staff, the Annie Penn Hospital staff, Pelican Rehab staff and Hospice of Rockingham County.
