Imogene Wallace Putnam

Reidsville- Mrs. Imogene Wallace Putnam, 93, of Reidsville, passed away on Thursday, April 2nd, 2015 at her home. Mrs. Putnam was born on October 30th, 1921 in Cleveland County to the late James E. Wallace and Emma Hamrick Wallace. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Bryan Putnam; siblings, Ralph Wallace, Loren Wallace, Evelyn Norville, Iris McCraw; daughter-in-law: Sandra Mode Putnam. Survivors include two sons: Wallace M. Putnam and wife, Joanne of Blountville, TN; James E. Putnam and wife, Flo of Reidsville; grandchildren: Jeff Putnam and wife, Lydia; Janet P. Mann and husband, Steve; Bryan E. Putnam and wife, Sue; Joel D. Putnam; great-grandchildren: Nicole Putnam, James Mann, Brittany Mann, Jake Putnam and Max Putnam; one great-great-granddaughter: Destiny Putnam. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 7th, 2015 at eleven o’clock at Calvary Baptist Church. Reverend Greg Robertson will officiate. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 6th, 2015 from six until eight o’clock at Wilkerson Funeral Home and other times at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Flo Putnam.
