Inez Paschal Harrelson

Reidsville: Inez Paschal Harrelson, 84, of 1903 Amberhill Drive, went home to be with her heavenly Father on Sunday, March 15, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 18th at East Side Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Reidlawn Cemetery. Inez was born in Rockingham Co. NC to the late Arthur Paschal and Emma Sue Knowles Paschal. She was a charter member of East Side Missionary Baptist Church where she taught sunday school for 50 years and was very involved in the missions program along with her dear friend Lillian Apple. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ira, Jimmy and Isaac “Ike” Paschal; sisters, Grey Gibson, Alberta Stallings and Nellie Roberts. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, George “Sonny” Harrelson of the home; son, Lanny Harrelson and wife, Marilyn; daughter, Yvonne Barrett and husband, Gary; grandchildren, Missy Harrelson and Kelly Hines: great grandchildren, Kelsey, Autumn, Savannah and Jacob Hines; sisters, Alene Harrelson and husband, Claude, Nancy Peoples and husband, Ronnie; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 17th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at East Side Missionary Baptist Church. At other times the family will be at the residence.
