Iona June Caldwell

Reidsville: Iona June Runnels Caldwell, 92, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2016 at Morehead Memorial Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 8, 2016 with Rev. Ralph Clayton officiating. Iona was born in Colony, Kansas but lived most of her life in Paloalto, CA where she worked for many years at Hewlett Packard. She moved to Reidsville in 2005 to be closer to her son. She was a member at Covington Wesleyan Church and was preceded in death by her husband, William Elliott Caldwell, 4 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her son, Wayne Caldwell and wife, Patricia; grandchildren, Bill and Wayne Caldwell; step grandchildren, Kim Canady and Stacie Julian; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Tina Callahan and husband, Rex of Kansas.
