Irene Wall Huskey

Reidsville: Irene Wall Huskey, 84, of 2946 NC Highway 14, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at Annie Penn Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, March 19, 2010 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. John Groff and Rev. Lyle Mulligan officiating. Interment will follow in Reidlawn Cemetery. Irene was born February 14, 1926 to the late John and Rosa Wall. She retired from the American Tobacco Company after 41 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Huskey; brother, Grady Wall and sisters, Alice Talley, Nina Talley and Ora Griffin. She is survived by special niece, Rita Whary and husband, Ron and special nephew, Robin Miller and wife, Ollie; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Thursday, March 18th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. At other times the family will be at the residence.
