Jack Carl Bratton

Reidsville: Jack Carl Bratton, 85, of 1202 Gunn Street, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2014 at Annie Penn Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. Douglas Huff officiating. The burial will follow in Guilford Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mr. Bratton was a native of Guilford County and the son of the late James Turner and Bea Bleeker Bratton. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Greensboro. Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Mabel Huff Bratton and granddaughter, Angela Anderson. He is survived by his son, Michael Bratton of Deerfield, FL; granddaughter, Nicole Bratton and four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
