James Thomas Norwood, Jr.

James Norwood was called home into the arms of the father on May 5th, 2024, at the age of 54. James Norwood was known for his imprint on Rockingham County and the many hearts he touched along his journey with us. James was A beloved Father, Brother, Uncle, Friend, And Son. James will be forever missed and cherished by his family and loved ones. James is survived by his beloved daughter: Tina (Davis) Ellis, his beautiful granddaughters: Hailey Marie Hutchens and JoAnna Nichole Hutchens, his brothers: Craig Norwood and Robert Norwood, and His beloved mother: Betty Starnes. He is perceeded in death by his sister Angela Darlene Sprinkle, and his father James Thomas Norwood Sr.
 
Services will be held for James at 4 PM, Monday, May 13, 2024 at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Pastor Ralph Clayton officiating.
