Jamie Shreve Glaze

Reidsville: Jamie Shreve Glaze, 38, went home to be with The Lord on Monday, March 30, 2015, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Midway United Methodist Church with Rev. Jonathan Marlowe officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Jamie was born in Rockingham County and received an associate’s degree in Paralegal Technology from Gaston College. She was member of the Midway United Methodist Church. She adored her loving and supportive work family from ECS Carolinas. Jamie’s greatest achievement was the many lives she touched with her love, faith, courage and strength. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James C. Shreve, Jr., Dee and Penn Waynick and her aunt, Sandra Marshall. She is survived by her husband, Joe Glaze of the home; mother, Kathy Marshall Davis; father, James C. “Jimmy” Shreve, III and wife, Pam all of Reidsville; sister, Christa Shreve and god sister, Tonya Wilson; her maternal grandparents, Dean and Geneva Marshall of Reidsville; her paternal grandmother, Betty Shreve of Reidsville; mother-in-law, Loraine Glaze; aunts, Brenda Horsley and Cheryl Simmons; uncle, Ronnie Shreve; many loving cousins; sisters-in-law, Dolores Glaze and Betsy Blackburn and many friends. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service starting at 1:30 PM and other times at the home, 11241 US Hwy 158 West.
