Reidsville: Jane Moore Groff, 91, of 2873 NC Highway 87 South, died on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at Annie Penn Hospital.Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Reidlawn Cemetery with Rev. John Groff and Rev. Gary Pinnell officiating.Mrs. Groff was born in Danville, VA to the late Mickel C. Moore and Minnie Grimes Moore. She was a member at Baptist Temple Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Osie M. Hicks and a grandson, William C. Moore.She is survived by her husband, Malcolm A. Groff of the home; son, Calvin E. Moore and wife, Kathryn of Mt. Airy, NC; grandchildren, Keith A. Moore and wife, Trish and their daughter, Mia Jane Moore of Chapel Hill, NC, Kelly G. Moore of Charlotte, NC; half brother, Alfred C. Moore of Roanoke, VA; sister, Helen Coats of South Boston, VA.The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 13th from 6:00 – 7:00 PM.
