Jeanette Scott Wicker

Jeanette Scott Wicker,86, formerly of Reidsville, passed away on Friday, February 17 , 2017 at St. Louis University Hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 2:00PM at Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel with John Wicker, Jr. officiating. The family will see friends from 12:30- 2:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park in Greensboro. Jeanette was born in Randolph County to the late Benjamin Harrison Scott and Ettie Elizabeth Needham Scott and was employed at various industries throughout her life. She was an avid seamtress, enjoyed crocheting and always had a brilliant smile. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George Wicker; son, Bobby Lewellyn; son-in-law, John Wicker and nine siblings. Survivors include her children, Phyllis L. Wicker, Teresa D. Gay, Michael Lewellyn and Susan L. Elder and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family wishes to thank Dr. Hawkins and Dr. Wall for the care given to Jeanette during her time of need.
