Jimmy Darrell Biggs

Reidsville: Jimmy Darrell Biggs, 60, of 196 Jarrell Rd., passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at his home. A tomb side funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, May 16, 2016 at the Roselawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel. The family will welcome friends from 1:00 – 1:45 PM on Monday at Wilkerson Funeral Home prior to the service and other times at the home. Jimmy was born on September 11, 1955 in Rockingham County and followed his dad’s footsteps working with the International Boiler Makers serving as a boiler maker and welder for over 20 years. He was an avid NASCAR fan and fisherman. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie A. Biggs. Jimmy is survived by his son, Jesse Daryl Biggs of Hebert, NC; his mother, Betty Scott Biggs of the home and a large extended family.
